Susan Masciarelli is the President & CEO of Web-Cote Industries, a NJ-based manufacturer specializing in OEM and private label glue traps for the pest control industry. She joined Web-Cote in 2008, bringing over a decade of experience in small business manufacturing. In 2024, she acquired the company, becoming part of the growing 2% of woman-owned manufacturers in the U.S. As a successful woman in 2 male dominated industries, manufacturing and pest control, she is passionate about supporting other women in these spaces and is currently a high level sponsor of Women in Pest Control, a group whose mission is to help empower and support women in the industry through business start-up grants, educational scholarships, etc.

Susan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology with a minor in Business from Wesley College and is a member of Pi Chi Omega, a professional fraternity dedicated to advancing the science of pest control. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, hiking, biking, genealogy, and traveling. She is also a proud mom to her two adult children, Christopher and Elizabeth.
